The USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor Hawaii.

The USS Arizona memorial sits atop and perpendicular to the battleship USS Arizona. 1177 crewmen were lost on Dec 7, 1941 when a bomb from a Japanese Val dive bomber penetrated her deck and ignited the magazine. May America always be the home of the brave and the free.

Let us never forget those who gave so much, even the ultimate, to keep us this way.

My favorite quote is: " December 7, 1941 a date which will live in infamy " - Franklin D. Roosevelt
